Arcanys Fitness Hub is located along Banilad road in Cebu City. It is a sister company of Arcanys, which is mainly a software engineering company catering to clients in Australia, Europe, and other parts of the globe. This position is to work under the Fitness company of the group.

Join us as a: Fitness Coach (Circuits and Hyrox)
(To help maintain a diverse team, we encourage applications from female coaches who can bring balance to our existing male coaching staff).

In this role you’ll get to:

• Assess the client’s fitness level and health status

• Conduct HIIT classes for all levels

• Demonstrate exercises and provide modifications as needed

• Ensure proper form and technique to prevent injuries

• Ensure classes are effective, safe, and fun

• Adapt a holistic approach to exercise

• Lead and instruct group HIIT classes for various fitness levels

• Motivate and encourage participants throughout each session

• Stay up-to-date on fitness trends and techniques

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of group fitness coaching

• Circuit-style training experience is a strong plus

• Certified in group class training

• Additional certifications are a plus

• CPR & First Aid certified (preferred but not necessary; must be completed before onboarding)

• Strong communication and motivational skills

• Ability to adapt workouts for all fitness levels

• High energy and team-player mindset

• Strong professional work ethics
