Join us as a: Senior Project Manager / Agile Delivery Consultant

In this role you’ll get to:

• Use a varied and flexible set of delivery skills. Depending on your experience and strengths, you’ll focus on either delivery governance and control or agile, discovery-led value delivery. You don’t need to be expert in both. We will shape your role around where you excel and support your development over time. At a minimum, you should be either strong in project leadership within Agile environments, or strong in discovery, analysis, and value-led delivery within complex project settings.

• Lead the delivery of complex technology engagements across cloud, data, platform, application development, and security initiatives, using Agile, hybrid, or structured approaches as appropriate.

• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, ensuring transparency around delivery approach, progress, risks, and outcomes.

• Support discovery, scoping, and pre-sales activities by working with Sales and technical teams to shape delivery approaches and produce high-quality statements of work that minimise delivery risk.

• Operate across multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities while maintaining delivery quality, pace, and commercial awareness.

• Contribute to delivery excellence by coaching and mentoring junior colleagues and supporting continuous improvement of delivery standards, tools, and ways of working.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Significant experience in technology delivery, typically 10+ years in software, digital, or IT environments, with senior-level responsibility for leading delivery teams or engagements.

• Depth in one primary delivery discipline, with experience in either delivery governance, planning, budgeting, and risk management, or agile delivery, discovery, business analysis, and value definition.

• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, with experience working in Agile or hybrid environments; familiarity with structured frameworks is beneficial.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience operating in client-facing consultancy roles.

• Experience working in regulated environments, ideally Financial Services.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to assess delivery health, performance, and outcomes.

• Work a fixed schedule aligned to client needs, with core working hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (PHT).

It’s Great if you have:

• Experience working across both Agile and structured delivery models

• Exposure to commercials, budgeting, or margin management

• Experience contributing to discovery, scoping, or pre-sales activities

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and modern data or application technologies

• Relevant delivery, Agile, or analysis certifications

• Experience coaching or mentoring junior colleagues
