Join us as a: Junior Graphic Designer

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in content creation

• Skilled with Figma, Airtable, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, and Canva.

• Team player and strong work ethic with a can-do attitude

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and administrative abilities

• Excellence in time management & Strong attention to detail

• Real estate knowledge is a nice-to-have

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and support digital assets for our sales teams

• Manage own workload to ensure effective planning for the week so ad campaigns go out in a timely manner

• Competence using AI tools to generate content

• Work collaboratively with the sales team through the creative and design process

• Iterate new designs based on user and data feedback

• Give creative recommendations on provided designs
